MEET OUR TEAM
Kristyann N. Barger
President & Director
I’m a sister, a daughter, a mother, and a wife. But beyond those roles, I’m also a survivor and a storyteller—shaped by a journey that began in Vietnam and brought me across oceans to a new life filled with both challenges and blessings. I carry with me the strength of my past and the courage to stand up for those whose voices are often unheard—especially the children and elderly still living in the shadow of war.
Each day, I try to live with purpose. Life, to me, isn’t about arriving at some perfect destination—it’s about the people we touch, the hearts we heal, and the stories we help rewrite. Through the Lotus Child Foundation, I honor where I came from by giving back—by making sure that children affected by Agent Orange are seen, supported, and given the dignity they deserve.
I don’t count my days—I fill them with meaning. Whether through a smile, a helping hand, or simply being present, I hope to leave behind something gentle and lasting in the souls of those around me.
Jason W. Barger
Secretary & Director
Mr. Barger was inspired to help establish the Lotus Child Foundation after several visits to South Vietnam, where he witnessed firsthand the struggles of those still living with the lasting effects of the Vietnam War. Deeply moved by their resilience, he felt a calling to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate. As a compassionate attorney, Mr. Barger is dedicated not only to supporting the children of Vietnam but also to uplifting underserved youth throughout the Randolph Metrocom area. He serves as the current President of the Randolph Metrocom Rotary Club, a founding board member of the Randolph Metrocom Rotary Foundation, and a board member of the Partners in Education Foundation—continuing his mission to create lasting impact both locally and abroad.
